I’m living in South Dakota and have had chickens for 11 years. Just a small group of about 10. I love learning about their biology and caring for them. We consider them our pets and appreciate each personality. We also have 2 goats, rabbits, cats and dogs.
I have a 1.5 yr old chicken that has developed this white substance on her face also crust around her beak. Her face and feet swollen and feet are cracked open. I picked a spot of the crust off around her beak and it bled. She doesn’t want to eat and is weak.
