I have a pekin with an infected toenail. Been to the vet and prescribed a doxy suspension, then enrofloxacin. With that, the new antibiotic has just ran out. It started as an impounded toenail, turned infection. Probably close to a month into the different antibiotics. Been soaking in epsom salt...
