    I'm setting up my backup "drying" incurator just in case the humidity spikes during hatching. I don't want someone stuck in there for hours soaked and die.     Eggs with raised ridges around midline

    I bought a dozen eggs to incubate for the first time. She gave me extras (thank you!) so I have sixteen. Two of these have the "body check" looking raised ring around the middle. Personally, I wouldn't sell someone eggs to hatch that had this but.... I'm betting on them not hatching but...
