I know this isnt a chicken but she was born this morning, dried off and redy to roll already. Isnt new life amazing. I am incubating eggs, 4 chicks out, 1 chick just pecked a hole, 3 eggs rolling. Eggs came from my coop so who knows what combo they are but they are cute. Babies...

One of my hens lays a double yolker once a week, the rest are single. My hens run with the roosters so all the eggs are pretty much fertilzed and I noticed, when Iwas fixing eggs for breakfast, that both of the yolks were fertilzed. I wonder if two chicks can develop in one egg and live??
