    Mealworms at Lowes

    Found a 6oz container of mealworms for $6.21 at Lowes on the north side of Chicago (it was in the bird food section by the BOSS and safflower seed). Looks exactly the same as what I got at the local pet store except it's a bigger container and cheaper.

    Hoovers Hatchery

    Just got 27 very healthy, frisky Australorp chicks from Hoovers this morning. They hatched yesterday and safely arrived by 11:30 this morning. These folks are awesome!

    Hello from Chicago

    After lurking around for months I finally joined although the chicks won't be here for another two months. I'm getting Australorps and I can't wait for them to arrive.
