    What do you do with the guts after you process?

    Be very careful if you bury the guts....animals will dig them up if you do not bury them deep enough. Our best advice is to get a hold of a rendering company to pick them up. Darling International picks ours up....a great company with amazing employees to deal with.

    It is very difficult to try and find a good processor. We are located in Michigan and there are only a handful of processors that are licensed through the state. There are many back yard processors but at least when you send it to a processor you know the state and USDA are there over seeing...
