I have two modena pigeons and they live in a spacious cage. It's 6 by 6 and about four feet tall. I was wondering if it would be OK to keep a couple of bantam hens with them. Ideally they would free range every day. Would this work? The modenas are very friendly and have lived with my small owl...
I know someone who hand tamed a pigeon. He's really friendly and lets you scratch his back. Generally, pigeons are easier to tame when they're not paired off. When they're paired they tend to ignore you.
