Holcombes Chick and mlongworth:
There doesn't have to be a set number of seeds in each packet but I think at least 5- 10 in each might be a nice idea. If we end up doing the swap I will make sure you don't get any veggies mlongworth.
Ok so it looks like we might be able to get this going. I think a few people misunderstood what my intentions were for this swap. I copied the text from the first swap I was in. Let me know if this sounds like something you guys would be interested in and I will be the middle man. We will change...
Thanks guys! Thats exactly what I was thinking. He is by far the most beautiful rooster I have ever had, Unfortunately he is also the loudest little guy I have ever had. He's still young and is crowing ALL DAY, Im hoping he grows out of this as he gets a little older.
I got eggs from a friend with a wide variety of chickens and Im curious what you guys think he has mixed in with him. Let me know if a better picture would help. He stands about 10 inches tall and is under a year old.
Thanks in advance!
Im up for doing another seed swap like the one I did last year. We all listed how many packs of seeds we wanted to swap then sent them to one person who divided them and sent them back out. Im willing to be the middle person for this swap if anyone is interested. I will follow the same rules we...

My girls love to jump up on me when I go hangout in their coop. Im like a jungle gym most of the time. The first picture is my RIR Gloria, she used to go on car rides with me when I went in to town.
That is exactly what I was thinking when I saw this new feature. Sorry the house is a mess but WOW did I see some great ideas for the coop and saw tons of Beautiful birds :) That is going to be a common phrase I can already tell
Yep, I have one white silkie named Puff Puff. My polish hen Cocoa adopted her when I first got her so I decided Cocoa and Puff sounded cute. Puff has just barely started laying and has already gone broody once. She's one of my favorite birds!
I have seen fairy wings on a chicken and I am so going to copy them. I have a couple girls that are used to wearing a diaper so it shouldnt be to difficult to get them to sport a costume. If you do make them outfits please post pictures for us :)
