Jersey Giant crosses?
I had a Jersey Giant go broody and hatch some doodies this year. My RIR's, Speckled Sussex' or Australorps didn't go broody, but my JG'S did.- alfordtl

Sorry for your loss. Several years ago I had a similar thing happen to me. My wife and children went on a weeklong vacation and had our friends feed our animals.
