that is what our dnr told him, something about becouse he knows about the danger to the eagle. didnt make sence to me either. but this is also from the people who deny the reports of mt lions even thow they have been shot localy.- the funny farm6

out of chickens right now thanks to the owls this winter. but i am going to start a new flock this year. a little of everything! i like a veriety. and i have some quail. and getting guineas. after we build a new coop this spring with a covered run!!!!!!!- the funny farm6

dont know about where you are, but we have had problems with stray dogs and a neighbors dogs before and there is no humane society or shelter here- they wont even let me take in the droped off puppies becouse i am out of thier city limits! ( and we have no county ac) so we called the sheriff and...- the funny farm6

Not 100% sure about ducks but i DO know that an eagle will take chickens. My neighbor (and horse shoer) has been having a problem with an eagle sitting on his coop roof watching his hens. I am "the funny farm" becouse most people are surprised that all my animals got along. Dogs, cats , chickens, rabbits, horses, and nobody ate each other. My lap dog turned killer
My husband and I have owned pit bulls for over 20 years. They are a very multi purpose dog! I have 2 that we take to the coon compation in the next town. They hate to see me pull in and unload my dogs! They have shown up the pedigreed coondogs more than once. And I can take my dogs from that...- the funny farm6
