    No it was hard like a normal egg and the stem was too. I have had all kinds, wrinkled, soft, jelly, no shell, no yoke, but this was the weirdest.

    Today's temperature = # of eggs.

    My numbers are starting to pick up now. Got 18 eggs out of 25 hens. The temps have been up and down, yesterday it was 65, today it's 40.

    The red one looks like it has a beard so I would say ee mix and the gold one looks like a Buff orphington. The last pic looks like a Wellsummer.

    Today's temperature = # of eggs.

    Here in NC we had a high of 35 today (very unusual for us). I got 5 eggs from 25 hens. Breeds are RIRs, Welsummer, Cuckoo, EEs, Speckled Sussex, Buffs and Red sex links.
