My rooster is acting very strange. he will just sit there with his one wing hanging to the side. hes way under weight and his legs aare very skinny. he wont move very much and when i pick him up he doesnt run or squirm. a few days ago he would run away from me. anybody know what this could be?

My 4 month old laid an egg yesterday. Arent they suppose to not start laying until they are like 5 months though?
