theyre about 9 days old....i'd say....we dont know what breed....we got them from tractor supply and all they told us was "pullet"......we're new at this so we really have NO idea....

Our 3 little baby pullet chicks are gettin their big girl feathers!!! so exciting! but how do we know what color the hens will be in maturity???

This is just perfect! We live in upstate NY on almost 40 acres of tree covered land....fixing to build OURSELVES a new log cabin, just got us some chicks and were looking for a good design for a coop for them - we found it here!!! Thanks for posting, Fox...this is awesome!!

Hello to all!! We are a family of 4 (+3 pooches) and new to the chicken community!!! We got our first set of chicks (6 of them) about a week ago....unfortunately we lost 3 within the first 2 days but we have 3 still very happy and healthy!!! Skidder, Lady and Lil' Bit are daddy's girls for...
