Whats up with this?
Wondering if anybody can diagnose, give advice or help me in any way. The problem is the loss of feathers around the neck. The problem has gotten worse since the attached photo was taken. The feather loss is now completely around her neck, but doesnt seem to progress downward. It is approx. 1"...- Tkojis
