Because the run is constructed with 2x3 lumber, it's already relatively light, just bulky. Two people could easily reposition it without wheels, but I think it would still be fairly easy to modify the run so it could stand alone and be moved around, sort of...

We stopped feeding her treats and this issue seemed to resolve itself. She's been outside now for a few weeks with free access to lots of grit, and although she still eats like a pig, the problem hasn't recurred.
