We keep raining!!! My car was glazed in ice the morning. And the rain keeps washing the sand off the road (sand from the sanding truck), but doesn't wash off the ice! FEBRUARY, and it is looking like "break up" / early spring!!- Alaskan

From what I understand, yes. You might want to make that clear and in writing when you are checking into the hospital. If it isn't in writing, then they can always say someone didn't know... and once you are out on the table, they might bring the bad guy in. So make sure it is clearly...- Alaskan
