    Hi all.. very confused here.. i just got rid of my barred rock Roo.. only bc we live in a community where homes a kinda close and he was getting really loud.. now i know i have 8 other hens.. well yesterday ... one of them started to Crow!! Is that possible>??? The Rooster just left the other...

    How old for the roosters first crow?

    Ours is 18 weeks and just started.. not that loud yet.. at first it was funny.. not very good.. but now he has it down pat.. .. my husband says he starts at 6 am.. then he does it a few times during the day.. but thankfully he is not that loud so the neighbors dont complain..

    Hi guys.. need some help. just recently my 16 week old Roo has started to go after my flock and bit at there backs and rip out feathers..any help in why? and what should i do? i feel bad for hens.. he is the only roo.. and not sure why he is doing this!! thanks guys.,
