    I love cuddling my chickens and I love that they cuddle me back! This my favorite part of fulfilling my new title of Chicken Lady.

    I weeded around the deck area and let the chickens have their way with treats. They had their fill of worms and snails. I am going to get them crickets soon. Any other fun treats to get them? Also, what do you think about chicken toys? I thought just something to keep em busy. They aren't...

    I am new to the group. I have 6 chickens. 2 RIR, 2 BA, 2 EE. I can't raise too many because of space and we are in city limits. I am hoping when we buy a house, we can live on more property so I can have another flock. Here is my group!

    This is exactly my RIR, Polly. She is always running first out of their temporary coop. They have to run around the car and out the garage door, but she always makes it out the door first!

    Mine is bit more skiddish but doesn't pick fights or is mean to the others. Do the RIR hens have red around their beaks too?
