    Terrielacy is right...the Ball canning book is great and it is not that hard at all!! My Ball canning book has a section on freezing fruits and veggies!! Definately need both types of canners!!

    chicken tractors

    It doesn't weigh much at all....especially if I move it while they are free ranging...and even lighter if i take both ends and the top front off!! We just pick it up! My boys help me now...I can move it myself as like I said it isn't that heavy..I just have to move one end at a time...

    Here's ours: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=3724 We move it every couple of days...it gets moved about 5 feet at a time all across the back yard...also...most every evening at 5pm or so...we let them out to free range until they put themselves up at night..then we close...
