    Glad to hear she is doing good! She will adjust to being blind, if she hasnt already. It just takes time. She's lucky she has you to help her and take care of her!

    Thank you :) I ended up introducing him to my MIL's birds. She has a farm with a bunch of free ranging chickens and ducks. He's been happy there and has a very pretty Khaki girlfriend :) We've moved on to chickens here... less mess and quieter in the city. I do miss them though!

    Just had someone from the city here to let us know we cant have chickens. She said she will "overlook it" for now, but what will our next step be if she wants to make us get rid of them? Right now we only have two chickens in an enclosed run.

    We love our ladies very much. Its strange for me though because I was TERRIFIED of chickens until my MIL gave us a couple chicks and ducks from her farm to raise for the summer. Now Im so attached that Im not giving them back! Lol!
