    My chickens are 15 weeks old, and I am running out of chick feed this week. I want to get another 50 pound bag to save the trip to the store. Can they switch to layer feed at this point or should I buy another 50 pound bag of chick feed? Thanks

    Hello, We live in San Francisco, our chicks are 4 weeks and a few days old. It's in the 60s during the day and 50s at night. When can the chicks stay outside in their coop at night with no heat lamp? I am worried about the logistics of keeping a heat lamp in our coop. Thanks
