    5 has a pretty pronounced comb but what if it has some Ancona blood? Those hens come out speckled and have big floppy combs.

    3 has a pullet's build. It's hard to tell without knowing the breed. A lot of Easter Eggers and crosses have patchy colors as pullets.

    We have two month old Pekin duck that we were told is a female but she's kinda quiet. I was told females would be louder. I'm looking for a drake feather but I don't see anything noticeable. At what age can you feather sex a Pekin duck?

    San Antonio seems to be an up and coming place to keep birds. Our neighbors insist the noise isn't bothering them so I just have to deal with the cleanliness of the coop. I'm going to try the water Cannas and Iris.
