    Thanks! I just gave her some grit... and will add ACV to their water... I'm also going to try and massage her crop a few times a day to see if that helps - I've done that successfully for a hen that I had who had sour crop...

    I can't see anything when I look inside... She is acting normally now. She wouldn't take the water with the ACV in it... She is drinking though... Every once in a while she looks like she is trying to swallow. I can definitely see the lump on the front of her neck - it feels less prominent...
