    I got them from my local feed store. I checked all the wings for sexing, just to make sure....Apparently I have NO idea what I am doing...lolol I got them at 5 days old.

    This Americana is WAY bigger than the other girls. Its legs are twice as long as all the others and its the same age. Could this be a Cock? I wish I got a better shot of its face.

    ok, Ill try to get much better pics. I purchased her grown at the feed store, without seeing the feet. My hubby got her home and its been a month and 1 tiny yolkless egg...and none since. Two weeks and not a sign of another egg. Her feet are a mess. I dont know what to do.

    I wonder if it would hurt to try to straighten out the toes with a brace? I dont want to hurt her but maybe wearing a brace for awhile could help. But they are so tightly curled...I am almost afraid to.

    What about at 4 weeks with a heat lamp if the temp gets down to about 55? I have 12 girls, and they are stinking up the house. The brooder is getting too small. I have an enclosed coop...what do you think?
