Hi all! I'm over by Ann Arbor, and found this thread, will be reading up. I have mostly Indian Runners and Buckeye Chickens for the birds. Let see, I have some cochins, pekin ducks, rouns, some chickens from tractor supply, but I really like my Bantam chickens best (second to my runners!)...
I don't know much about Kinders, but Nubians are also supposed to be a dual purpose goat meat/milk origonally. A friend of mine is a Nubian breeder and mentioned this to be. Mini-nubians would be a better choice probably, I have Nigerians and Alpines, and mini-alpines.

Do be aware that once you open the package, since it's moist, you'll need to use it up. Not sure where you are located - so depending on the weather will depend on how fast you'll need to use it before it molds.

I had a duck think that he could breed a goose. The gander was not happy about that at all. When the goose stopped laying things went back to normal... It was a bit funny here.
I got some pekin ducks and geese together that were from someone's 4H project. I believe they were all raised together, so they were great. They came into my Runner flock without a problem. I've added more ducks and chickens without a problem.
Probably was best that the geese were raised...
