    Thank you everyone!! I appreciate the replies. I am glad the extra protein won't hurt them! They are so darn cute!! I love my chickens even when they chase our rabbits, dogs and cats across the backyard.

    Thanks!! Do you know if too much protein will hurt them??? I am asking because I wonder if I should not feed them tuna, egg, cheese or beef while using the chick starter.
