This hen was sold to my parents who are newish to chicken keeping as a Straight Run Welsummer chick. The first photo is of her as a pullet and the latter pictures are of her a few days ago.
The last picture is what they are assuming are her eggs (both double yolk, she just started laying)...
She is a white easter egger/ameraucana. Those puffy cheeks and beard give it away and the tiny comb, lack of waddles and feathering mean she's a pullet for sure. Might not be what you thought but I think that blue eggs would be a pleasant surprise.

It's normal for it to happen every now and then. Search for 'fart egg' and you'll find a ton of posts on this.

Depends on your zoning - check http://maps.coj.net/website/DuvalMapsSQL/viewer.htm
Search for your address and then scroll down and check to turn the zoning layer on, then hit refresh. AGR and RR zones are allowed to have chickens but they have to be a minimum distance from the property line...
