New momma won't let other hens into the coop

I moved my broody to a rabbit hutch to lay and hatch her eggs. It is in the main coop. Once they hatch i plan to keep her and her chicks in there for the first few weeks. Then depending on how all the hens/chicks are behaving with each other I will let them out of the hutch.

Is it good to put garlic in chickens water

I crush one garlic clove and put it in our 1 gallon water jug for the chickens. Garlic is a natural anti-biotic like was said before. I have yet to taste garlic in the eggs. My wife is a baker and uses our eggs and has not tasted any garlicky flavor. Maybe if they ate a whole clove of garlic...

Just purchased hatching eggs. when do I put them under my broody.

She's in a rabbit hutch within an enclosed run. She has water and food in the hitxh where she would have to move to get to it. They are both in measured containers so I could tell if she was eating or drinking.

I just purchased some fertilized eggs I want my broody to hatch. I drove about 30 minutes home from where I purchased them. Should I put them under my broody now or wait? do they need to stabilize after the car ride?

Is this a good broody pen?

Thanks. She's taking to it pretty well. When the other hens came back into the coop area she got up and puffed up at them. She stepped off the nest then saw the golf balls and went back down.

Is this a good broody pen?

I set up a broody pen. I finally convinced my wife to let me hatch some fertilized eggs under our broody. I re purposed our old rabbit hutch and took the bottom of a planter and put it in with some straw. It's in the main chicken run. She seemed to take to it. I'm going to see how she...
