    3 Aylesbury girls 8 weeks old Amber (Orange Bill so a bit of Pekin in that one I think) Sapphire - bluest ducky eyes I have ever seen! Diamond - smallest and quietest at the moment. These may change though once they get their feathers !!!!

    My hubby is a builder and so I used 6" of red building sand. It's great whilst its dry, they pick the grit from it so no need for oyster shells Eric, but when it gets wet the white ladies get red chests from it. It soon washes off tho and in UK I can pay just £22 for a tonne

    Wales here, north Wales 12 miles from chester with six mixed ladies, one a black Orpington named the duchess! I'm due to get three white Aylesbury ducks shortly too. Another site with lots of helpful people , chicken people, is on Facebook Down The Lane.
