    Crazy for chickens in Joppa, MD

    Glenn and I have had chickens for several years now. Our first batch was kept in an old outbuilding of our nephew's farm. (Where we lived at the time was not a chicken friendly neighborhood!) When our chicks hatched all was good for a few weeks - until the dogs on the farm got a hold of one and...
  20. The chicken door will face the other coop, with 8 nest boxes on the right and roosts on the left. The people door will be in the foreground. When we are done we will split the fencing and attach it to either side of the coop so that both coops will share the run.
