Hmm. I would cut out the raisins for a while and see how she does. Raisins can cause crop problems, and your bird might be one that has trouble with them.
That's a tough question to answer, since some birds can be prone to crop issues. The wrong food can cause problems especially in young chicks. Has she been eating bread or anything long and stringy like grass?
ACV is Apple Cider Vinegar. Many people prefer to use just the olive oil - about 2cc 3 or 4 times a day. Massage the crop after giving the oil each time, and make sure she only eats soft food (make some mash by moistening some chick starter).

If you put the nipple in the lid of a bottle and hang it upside down, you need a small hole in the bottom of the bottle (which will be at the top after you hang it) so it doesn't become "vacuum locked". The bottle will work for a little while, then stop working if the pressure can't equalize.
