My 3/4 day old chick keeps getting dirt(?) stuck in its eyes. We have been using eye relief to clean it off, but then we stick her back with her mother and a few hours later, she has more dirt in her eye. Is this some kind of sickness? I couldn't find any information on it. Help appreciated!

Now day 22 and no noise or movement! We're gonna candle tonight and see if any are alive. I'm really hoping some will hatch. Temperature has been between 98-100 degrees. No idea what humidity is at.

Temperatures didn't drop for long periods of time. They dropped when I opened the lid to refill the water and turn the eggs though. But after day 18 I didn't turn them anymore so they could sit or something so they can hatch. Thanks! So excited for them to hatch!
