    Rhode Island Reds

    Can they be yellow or orange? We now have 9 hatched with one more pip - 4 black and the rest either light yellow or orange. We thought they were Rhode Island Reds but now not sure.

    When to take newborn chicks out of incubator?

    Hi, I am new here. 5 chicks have hatched and we have more that we hope will. When do we take the newborns out of the incubator? How long does it take for them to be completely dry? We have the next little indoor home for them ready with heat lamp etc. Thanks!
