I have 6 hens and 1 roo. (We bought sexed chicks.... We were that 5% and got a roo). Keeping him as long as he isn't aggressive with my kids.

Hiya! Curious about something (and I must be using the wrong search topic). Six hens, 4 breeds, all roughly the same age (25 weeks).
There is 1 laying (barred rock- who is 2 weeks older than the others). Not daily, more like every 3 days, and smallish "pullet" eggs I'm guessing. Recently...
We didn't get close ups of all of them, but we have 2 RIRs (Ruby and Scarlet- named by my 7 yo DD)
a Golden Laced Wyandotte - Sprinkles
an ameracauna (best guess - we'll have to see what she looks like) - Brownie ( sprinkles and brownie named by my 5 yo DD)
a silver laced Wyandotte (Penelope)...
