We have 10 chickens and 4 nesting boxes. it's rare that they will use more then 2, Most days they all lay in the same box. I have seen three hens trying to get into one box when there is 3 empty boxes right next to the one their trying to lay in. I have a fake egg I move around from box to box...

So as i understand it, Your aloud to have chickens (and Roosters) and Ducks in the city limits of Bellingham Wa. Is there a limit on how many birds one can keep? anyone know the municipal code for having chickens in the city? Thank You Bob4136
