I'm having the same problems with my baby ducks, I've had them for 3 weeks now, kept them inside in a pet carrier( they were hatched outside)....then I moved them outside in the carrier...bedding of shavings changed daily...then we put them in a bigger wire cage outside with roof.. doing well...
