    Free range=run/fly aways?????

    My banties are cooped all the time (mind you in a chicken palace) but I would love to let them out but I am so fearful of them flying over the fence :((((( we can't clip their wings because my boys show them in 4-H and if their wings are clipped they will get DQ'ed. Thoughts????

    Cleaning very scaly feet

    I am the poultry leader (and learning as we go!!) we have 2 bantam old English silver duck wings, and we are getting them ready for our county fair where my boys will show them through 4-H. Problem: they scales on the ones feet are packed with dirt.....wth! I tried to use a brush and brush it...
