And the minimum of 300 ft from a property line? My lot doesn't even spread that far in any direction you try to measure it at! Really limits the amount of people who can raise chickens, but then again, people still do anyways.

Those chicks are adorable! I'm in the process of building a coop, but how exactly do you care for the chicken, as in, how much attention would the chicks need and for how long would I have to give them this attention? I don't think it's as easy as putting them in a cardboard box with a heater...
