Thanks for both of your replies. The ducks can see each other now. We do seem to have a pretty dominant drake. All of the older females have missing neck feathers so it seems to be mating season now. We are in Alaska so not sure if that varies from other places because of our climate or not...

We have 8 Ancona ducks that are a year old. We have 4 boys, 4 girls. We recently got 4 more girls that are 4-5 months old. We have them separate for now. Does any one have any tips for introducing them.
