    Ugh...I'm fine with one, but two's a crowd. They both are walking fairly upright, and feathers are pointy but I was hoping I was misreading the signs!

    Welllllll I had a sneaking suspicion they were both male, though I got them as chicks with the intention of having them be egg layers. They are both so sweet and even-tempered I hope to keep both... Thanks for your reply!

    These are my first polish chickens and I'm having trouble identifying their gender. They are about 16 weeks old. Neither have made any crowing sounds. I've read a million tips online, but my unfamiliarity with this breed is giving me trouble! Here's a picture.
