    ok... so I'm thinking 6 hens would be ideal then. I hadn't thought of the time they don't lay as well. Is 1 rooster enough for 6 hens? I was reading that 3-6ft is required per chicken... is that right? Seems like that would require a very large coop for 6 hens. I have limited room to work...
