My 23 week old redstars are laying nicely but they go in to the coop only to lay, They do not go in at night or even in the pouring rain. The run is completely enclosed so it is safe. Should I be putting them in each night so they get the idea?

I have 4 Red Stars which are all about 22 weeks old. Two of them have nice large red combs and wattles and are laying every day. The other two have small pinkish combs and wattles and are not laying yet. Not sure if it is a developmental issue or if something is wrong with them. Thanks
