    Egg song but, no eggs? :(

    My 20 wk leghorns have been singing for weeks now but, no eggs. Why? Clean water, good feed. Im hoping any day now. Just wondering what might be. Doesn't look like they are getting eaten. But, they kick out the hay in the boxes to ground. Leaving bare wood.

    New hen very nervous around anything.

    I just got a 17wk plymouth barrel rock she came from a place that to me looked stressful. She is being separated from my flock now and she looks like she was pecked on alot. Do you think she might calm down and be able to mix in. My polish hens are the ones that try to be the aggressive ones...

    Deep liter method in a open run?

    I recently built a new coop for my expanded flock. Now it is a open concept for the coop and the run. Has dirt floor. Can I do a deep liter method on it with pine shavings? I live in south Florida.
