    I have Australorps. She has been broody for about a week. I lift her off the nest every afternoon and collect the eggs from the 2 other chooks. I don't want to distress her. I'll just wait it out

    I had the Sauv Blanc version of that a couple of weeks ago. Bought my 3 black chooks home, went out for dinner, stopped at the Bottle - O and what did I see.......Nice Wine ! Even nicer label :)

    Hey Guys - can anyone help a newbie chook owner out? Can I feed the green tops of potato plants to "my girls"? My guess is no - but I'd rather check with you guys than google it. Google is soooo impersonal. What else from the veggie patch is a no-no?

    I FINALLY got 3 chooks today - Australorps. I'm very excited about the new addition to our garden AND to our home. Can't wait til they start to lay eggs. I could sit and watch them for hours. And I reckon my neighbours think I'm nuts cos I keep talking to them....LOVE IT!
