My problems are foxes. A fox killed a couple of my chickens when they were free ranging in the yard and luckily my husband shot it. Silkies
I have a white silkie rooster. He was supposed to be a hen. I was going to get rid of him but my kids wanted him because he is so cool. Silky Hen Crowing?
You have a rooster. The same thing happened to me. Was told my white silkie was a hen then "Lola" started crowing. I was going to dispatch him but my kids love him and call him "Yeti". He turned out to be the best chicken ever! He rounds everyone up at night to make them go in the coop at night...- Crazy chicken l
