I'm curious to know what age a hen should be retired in a breeding program before quality of egg and chick become a concern?

I'm looking for Swedish Flower hatching eggs in Canada, preferrably Eastern Canada due to shipping distances and stress on the eggs, but will consider from further distances. No cross breeds please.
