    It is always hard to wait but I have never had one hatch on the narrow end. I have heard some say it is a death sentence if you don’t help.

    We have 5 leg bars left. Two weren’t fertile. How can you tell if the chick is in distress? There hasn’t been much activity.

    We went to put the eggs on lockdown and I didn’t see any holes or movement so we took the turning tray out and added water. When we put the lid on we heard a chirp. One peeped. We can see the tiny tip of a beak! Did we just dry it out or will it be able to survive?
