    they didn't start peaking till is started getting warmer out and we had a realy BAD winter idk if that effects them at all thank u for the advise we are planning build another chicken coop next to it so we can separate them if they are getting peaked on and we are planning to expand the run and...

    putting new chickens with older chickens

    how do I put my new chickens (when they are old enough) in with my adult chickens we had for a yr without them picking on them. we already have the adult chickens peaking each other and pulling out there feathers and i dont know how to handle keeping them from not riping out each other feathers...

    yea we have white leghorns and they are very.... jumpy in fact they are always the one that poop on us while on the 8 foot high posts in there chicken coop :P my dad was the one that insised on having a 8 foot high chicken coop ... never agein we have to make a new one soon tho

    yes we want Ameraucana and plymouth rocks and proably white leghorns we have them as pets not for meat I have the baby chicks living in the basement with me till they are older :P im also 17 and sometimes don't spell things right does anyone know any good things about these breeds

    one of our baby silkies has trouble with its feet one foot 2 of her toes are together and walks on the side of her feet she cant walk well and isn't in pain but im worried about her and was wondering if anyone had any tips or have seen this in a chicken before and its both feet she walks on...
