    Thanks for your response! I didn't give them grit...do I give it to them now, or just wait until they're older for meal worms? Do I give them apple cider vinegar, or stick with chick feed and let the diarrhea resolve on its own?

    Hello! I am a first time chicken owner, and have two one-week old silky chicks. They are being fed medicated chick start. My husband was a little over-loving and gave them some meal worms, and they now appear to have diarrhea. I am worried about pasty butt, and am wondering if I should put one...
