I learned from the previous hatch not knowing when to help them get unstuck. Some were very bloody sometimes and the chicks were so weak. But after a few days they recovered and are doing very well now. They are 8 weeks old now. =)
I had to help one hatchling the other day. It couldn't unzip after 12 hours. Peeled off the shell over its head. She kicked out of the shell on her own after that.

My first batch of seven hatched all using a Brinsea Eco mini. I got a FI circulated air incubator and I had low hatch rate of 30% after three batches. The last batch were 65 quail eggs and only 5 hatched. I am getting a bigger Brinsea incubator for better hatch rate.
